Food allergies | Vegetarian menu

All dinner cruises offer a vegetarian option and a special attention is given to any food intolerance or allergy.  Upon reservation, these specifications are required.


Boarding tickets

Boarding tickets can be picked up at Quai Jacques-Cartier on the day of the cruise. One photo ID and the credit card used for purchase are required.


Children

Children of all ages are welcome aboard for day cruises.  Infants 0-4 are free .

Regular rate is applied to every child passager for dinner cruises. Infants under 2 years old and who are not eating or taking a seat are free of charge. Please note that we do not recommend children under 8.

Strollers

We have a secured storage room on the pier for strollers. If you want to bring the stroller on board, certain conditions must be met:

  • Strollers are allowed on the main deck only, they must not block the aisles.
  • The stroller must be passed through the side door and the child should enter in the arms of an adult by the regular entrance.
  • The child sitting in the stroller must be 18 months and younger or have a disability.
  • The boat can accommodate a maximum of 136 passengers in total and 96 passengers on the main deck (please note that passenger capacity is currently reduced due to the Covid-19).
  • We reserve the right to refuse strollers at other times we feel necessary (ex.: during a corporate event).

Smoking

Le Bateau-Mouche is a smoke-free environment.


Restricted Mobility

The boat has limited access. Unfortunately, we can’t accept wheelchairs abord.

Special rates are guaranteed for groups of 20 persons and more and for charters for any of our cruises. Please visit Corporate and group events or contact us at 514-849-9952.


Payment

Full payment is required at the reservation.

Period of operation

From June to mid-October


Policies and cancellation for individual transaction (2 to 19 guests)

  • Taxes is extra
  • Full payment required at time of booking
  • No refund in case of cancellation
  • Dates may change according to availability for day cruises with a fee of 50%/ticket + taxes
  • Terms for date change (according to availability) for dinner cruises:

                o   8 days and more prior to event: free of charge

                o   7 days prior to event including the day of the event:  50% + taxes will be charged per person

                o   Change of date is only accepted upon availability and must be used the same year of the purchase.

Dinner cruise with fireworks:  No refund, no exchange, no change of date possible. Please note that the Bateau-Mouche de Montréal is not responsible regarding the quality of the fireworks show.

Schedules, fares , seats and itineraries are subject to change without notice.

According to the fluctuation of gas prices, a slight increase could be applied to the ticket price.

The credit card and ID (picture and signature) are required upon check-in at the box office.


Bar and snacks service

A complete bar and snacks service is available during day cruises. Please note that it is forbidden to bring food and drinks on board.


Attire

We suggest a casual attire for dinner cruises to enhance your experience on the Bateau-Mouche. Appropriate clothing for the air conditioning is also recommended.
