Can you tell me at which date your cruises start and when they end?

Every day, from Mid-May through Mid-October.

How can we book tickets for your cruises?

For day tours, you can purchase tickets at the one of our point sales located in the Old Port and Old Montréal or make a reservation by phone. For dinner cruises, you must make a reservation. Call (514) 849-9952 or toll free 1(800) 361-9952.

I would like to offer a gift certificate to my parents. How do I proceed?

You can purchase gift certificate* for any type of cruises, by phone or at our office. Call (514) 849-9952 or toll free 1 (800) 361-9952. Office located at 55, rue de St-Paul Ouest in Montréal. *The persons to whom you will offer the certificates will only have to call our office to make a reservation for the date they want.

I would like to offer a cruise ticket on a specific date. How do I proceed?

If you wish to reserve for a specific date, we invite you to go to one of our points of sale to get tickets for the scheduled date; however these tickets or not exchangeable or refundable.

Can we smoke on the Bateau-Mouche?

All interior decks of the Bateau-Mouche are non-smoking. However, it is possible to smoke on the outdoor deck.

Is there a dress code for the dinner cruise?

Yes, we recommend a casual dress code.

We wish to have a cruise on the Bateau-Mouche with our children. Is it possible and do you offer special rates for them?

Children of all ages are welcomed for day tours and a family rate is offered. However, a child rate is not available on our dinner cruises.

Can we park close to the Bateau-Mouche?

Yes. Come to Old Montreal by rue St-Paul Ouest. Choose the King Edward entrance (from Saint-Laurent Boulevard) or the clock tower wharf (at the foot of Bonsecours (Berri) Street) to access the Old Port site. Proceed by walking to Quay Jacques-Cartier.

Is the Bateau-Mouche accessible to wheelchairs?

The Bateau-Mouche can accommodate wheelchairs with restrictions (no motorized wheelchairs) on the main deck only. The upper deck is non-accessible. Please notify us of any special assistance prior to the cruise so we can provide the appropriate assistance and seating upon arrival.

Is it possible to go from the Old Port to Quebec City with the Bateau-Mouche?

No. The Bateau-Mouche only offers cruises in the Montreal area.
